A Tribute To Women 

March is Women's Month. There will be many celebrations honoring women, but every day is an opportunity for you to honor yourself as a phenomenal woman. In this ever changing and eventful world there is very little time for us to pamper ourselves. We must constantly look for ways to create balance in our lives. The thousands of women I talk to each year number one complaint is they never have enough time for themselves. We have to create the time. If you feel as if you are about to spin off this planet, stop and take a Just For Me moment. Develop a daily ritual that can help to relieve stress and relax you mentally and physically. Following is an exercise taken from my book, Loving Yourself First. This exercise will help you relax and focus on positive thoughts, ideas and attitudes. Write out the answers in a daily journal. Make it a part of your daily ritual. After a few weeks of following this ritual you should experience remarkable improvement in how you feel and an increased sense of well-being. 

I begin my daily ritual with an affirmation. Affirmations are sayings or beliefs that empower us to keep moving forward. We repeat affirmations to train our subconscious mind to believe them and react accordingly. You can also use quotes from your source of inspiration or a daily prayer.

 My Daily Rituals Begin with an affirmation: 

"Today I choose to have a good day." "I will communicate confidence in everything that I do." "I will consciously look for the good in others and in myself." "I love myself unconditionally." "I am a seeker of peace and harmony in my life." "I have courage and determination"
